He continued by saying we have very lovely talented youths and dynamic minds that can turn the situation we are today into wealth for everyone of us to enjoy our father land.
I do use myself as an example at any event I found myself as an avenue to talk to the youths.

Anytime we go out to source for one job or the other or thinking of building a business, people will ask if you have capital, that they don’t have capital.
See, capital is not the key things in business, he said.
The major thing in business is vision, ideas, how to solve problems, finding solutions to your immediate environment.
If you can find solutions to problems, money will chase you.

I started a business with just N10,000 in 2010, and as at today that I speak, the business is over a billion naira.
I left oceanic Bank as a contract staff (bulk teller) at onipan branch.
I left due to an interview invite I got from C & I company and at the same time, I was writing my final year project at LASPOTECH.
On my way to the interview, I drove by 1,004 estate and saw key being handed over to the owners (those who bought the estate).
We were three in the vehicle and I told them to see million lying down for us. One of them asked that how? I told them, imagine we can just get the contract to clean up their flats, do you know how much we’re going to make?
But the guy said, who will give you such contract when you don’t know anybody? I said ok but I will give a try.
I went to the estate admin block and approached the lady I saw there.

She said oh sorry, they want to give the estate to a facility managers to manage it generally including the cleaning things.
I asked about how I can key into these model of facility managers because there are so many of them. Though, individuals coming to pick up their keys are asking if there are cleaning firm who can help them with the cleaning of their apartments.
I told the lady to please introduce me to them and she ask me to bring my fliers.
The truth of it is, I’ve never done cleaning job in my life. But I know I can use the idea of cleaning my own home as I do wake up to so this every day day and again boarding school ideas as we are used to general cleaning stuffs we so regularly. So I looked at it that there’s no type of cleaning they will need that I will not be able to do.
I went to a cyber café close to my house and told them to help me design a flier that have picture of someone doing general cleaning. It was done and I took 50 photocopies of it to the lady for her to help me share.

That very faithful day I took my fliers to there (1,004 estate), a call came in from a staff of mobil in the evening requesting for my cleaning service of her two apartments that was just bought at that estate.
I rushed to the market and bought different cleaning equipments I will need with N9,000
The following day, I drove down there taking along with me one of my younger ones to do the job.

On getting there, I met with the person & I was asked how much I want to collect. I was so anxious of working so I said N15,000 per flat but was priced to N8,000 per flat which I agreed.
While we were doing the job, I never knew that those who bought the estate are who is who in Nigeria.
After the first job, I met some other operators doing same cleaning as I doing too. I approached them to know their changes, some said N100k why some said N150k.
I quickly jack up my price too. Lol & behold, I cleaned about 400 flats in the estate.
While we were cleaning, I planned diversifying into real estate because I was able to meet most of the owner of that estate one on one.
There comes a day like that while I was cleaning, Glo network operator brought in their expatriate to do their fiber cable.
They were walking around in the estate looking for apartment. They bashed into where I was working, we talked & I called my landlord and he asked me to bring them to his office.
Getting there, they agreed and the paid N2m for rent and I got my 10%. That was how I started to under study real estate and management.

Today by God’s Grace, we build and sell houses in Ikorodu, some part of Ajah and Ibeju-lekki.
On this point, I employ youths to learn how to solve people’s problems, know their needs and provide solutions for them. By doing that, people will come back for them with money chasing them for their services.
He continued by giving advice to the youths to think about how to make this country great by not looking at the old folks that all their doings are intentional.
