Asiwaju Dapo Wahab, the President of Asiwaju Dapo Wahab Foundation in a goodwill message via a pre-recorded video has urged Nigerians to prioritise patriotism, unity and peace on the nation's 62nd Independence Anniversary today.
Asiwaju Dapo Wahab called on all and sundry to see themselves as brothers and sisters irrespective of religious background, ethnicity and language.
He stressed further the need for continued peaceful coexistence, unity among Nigerians as the nation looks forward to 2023 general elections.
"I, Alhaji Asiwaju Dapo Wahab, The Executive President of Asiwaju Dapo Wahab Foundation uses this opportunity to wish every Nigerians happy 62nd independence anniversary".
"I want to implore us to see ourselves as brothers and sisters irrespective of our religious background, ethnic group, language among others".
"It is my wish to also advise our youths to desist from any action capable of truncating Nigeria's unity and I hope that we shall get there one day", he said.
